Providing access to cost effective, quality care is Global Excel’s primary focus. In the USA, physicians and hospitals are typically affiliated with a particular network, which is explained in more detail in our Get to Know my Local Healthcare System page.
Visiting an ‘in-network’ healthcare partner benefits you as the healthcare partner will typically not require payment up front (unless there is a co-pay or deductible), and they have already been vetted for both cost and quality.

- When booking an appointment, inform the healthcare partner that your insurance is covered through the PPO network identified on your personalized benefit card
- If the healthcare partner wants to verify eligibility they should call Global Excel at 1-866-936-1225.
- Bring your AETNA card the day of your visit.
- Care covered by your insurance will be directly paid to the healthcare partner. There may be a portion remaining to pay depending on the level of cover.
